MMC Corp Bhd Buy, target price

OSK Research has cut its fair value for shares of MMC Corp Bhd by 12 per cent after the group's disappointing first quarter results.

MMC made a net profit of RM34.4 million for the quarter to March 31, higher by 10 per cent from the same period last year.

As Maryland's first slot machines were being installed in Cecil County, the state was preparing to shell out $33 million more to stock a casino at an Eastern Shore harness racing track.
